Q: My Leggings/Items do not fit, can I exchange them?
A: We do not currently accept exchanges. Please follow the directions for returns. This policy is printed on the back of your packing slip. You can download a full copy of our shipping and return policy here.
Q: Do I have to pay shipping?
A: We offer FREE shipping on orders over $25 to the continental USA. Orders $25 and under pay a flat rate of $2.99. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam pay a flat $5 regardless of order amount.
Q: I live in Canada, Can I order from your site?
A: I am happy to say, we now ship to Canada! We have a low flat rate of $3.99 for shipping!
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each of our listings have a size chart listed with the item. Just click the icon in the upper right hand corner for full measurements. Please refer to each chart for the items you are interested in. All of our items follow standard US sizing and most items have a generous and flowy fit.
Q: My item was damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
A: Our full return policy and defect guarantee are outlined on your packing slip. Please follow those steps in order to get it corrected. You may email email@example.com with any questions.
Q: It seems what I want is sold out in my size, will it be restocked?
A: Our exclusive items will be restocked consistently throughout the season. Once we get to the end of the seaons we may not restock until the next season. For instance, summer items will not be restocked in the winter. Our boutique items are purchased from a manufacturer and we have no control of what prints are available or if they will ever come back.
