SHIPPING POLICY

All of our orders ship from Grand Rapids, MI. We currently use USPS and UPS as our carriers for shipping all our packages. We are currently only shipping to the United States.

All orders over $25 ship free of charge to the Lower 48 States and DC. Orders $25 and under are charged a flat $2.99 shipping charge.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and  Puerto Rico are charged a $5 flat rate regardless of purchase amount.

Orders under 1 LB ship USPS First Class mail and most orders have a 1-3 day transit time. Orders over 1 LB ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS and most orders have a 1-5 day transit time.

All of our orders come with a tracking number that is emailed to you upon order fulfillment.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day cash refund or a 30-day store credit refund on all clothing items. Jewelry is not eligible for return. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from delivery date to be considered eligible for any refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We can only accept returns on unwashed, unworn, clean products and they must have original tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, fill out the below form in its entirety. Place unwashed, unworn clothing items and completed form in a safe box and seal the box securely. All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. You may choose to obtain both tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages, shipping damage or insufficient postage.  

Please note: All items marked FINAL SALE and any Jewelry is not eligible for return and attempted returns will NOT be processed.

If you have a problem or concern with your order, prior to filling out this form, please email customersupport@shopabbyanna.com with a detailed description of the issue.

*Quality GUARANTEE*

We guarantee our clothing and jewelry against defects. If you received or encountered a defective item, you MUST follow these steps for replacement consideration:

  1. Notify us via email to customersupport@shopabbyanna.com, within 3 days of delivery date if received damaged or within 21 days of delivery date if item becomes defective.
  2. Send clear photos of the following:
    1. Damaged Product with details of damaged portion,
    2. Original Packing slip, and
    3. Original Packaging item was shipped in.
  3. Send damaged item back with completed return form to the address above AFTER email authorization is given.
